高靈敏、快速定位
RNA 通常具有復雜的二級結構，采用BrU方法需進行RNA變性，EU分子和pollo?熒光染料均很小，能夠輕松地進入細胞，從而高效檢測細胞中新合成的RNA，分析不同類型細胞的RNA合成活力及分布、定位，檢測快速且靈敏。
可用于活體注射
EU還能夠用于各種動物的活體注射，非放射性，能夠長時間標記，靈敏而準確，適合全面分析組織或器官中RNA的合成、分布情況，是研究體內轉錄活動的理想工具。
