免疫學（Immunology）是生物學的一個分支，涵蓋了對所有生物體免疫系統的研究。它是研究生物體對抗原物質免疫應答性及其方法的生物醫學科學。免疫應答是機體對抗原刺激的反應，也是對抗原物質進行識別和排除的一種生物學過程。免疫學在許多醫學領域都有應用，特別是在器官移植、腫瘤學、病毒學、細菌學、寄生蟲學、精神病學和皮膚病學領域。
