環狀RNA(circRNA)是一種閉環的單鏈RNA分子,在細胞中發揮著多種重要作用,如調控轉錄,或者以ceRNA的方式調控miRNA的活性等等。pCE-RB-Mam環狀RNA過表達載體,多克隆位點兩翼高效促進RNA成環剪切的反向重復序列可使插入到多克隆位點中的序列轉錄后成環剪切,從而實現circRNA的過表達。
