short hairpin RNA（shRNA）是化學合成siRNA之外的另一種RNAi實驗方法常用工具。銳博生物shRNA載體骨架為pRNAT-U6.1/Neo，轉染細胞后， shRNA在U6啟動子的調控下表達，并最終剪切形成siRNA duplex起作用。載體上另外GFP標簽，可用于檢測確認質粒的轉染情況。
