常規siRNA為常規化學合成的無化學修飾雙鏈RNA,特異性靶點設計,覆蓋人、小鼠、大鼠全基因組的所有基因,其他物種亦可定制,適合進行各種細胞RNAi實驗。

重要提示:常規siRNA設計定制,堿基數19個默認加懸垂,大于19個堿基需添加備注(是否加懸垂(dTdT));化學修飾siRNA需添加備注修飾位置(3端或5端,正義鏈或反義鏈)。

技術支持

常規化學合成siRNA多為19nt RNA + dTdT (3’懸垂)的RNA雙鏈分子,未經任何化學修飾。

Sense:正義鏈,RNA,序列與靶序列相同;

Antisense:反義鏈,RNA,序列與靶序列互補;

dTdT:兩端懸垂,DNA,均在3’端。

還支持各種特殊修飾或突變設計
